CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW

Your understanding and cooperation are crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all our clients. Untimely cancellations and no-shows not only disrupt our schedule but also impact the availability for others. In light of this, we kindly request your adherence to our cancellation and no-show policy to facilitate a seamless experience for everyone seeking our lash extensions and lash lift services.

You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

 

** Appointments booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

** If there's a late cancellation or no-show, the 10% deposit will be used to cover associated fees.

​

​

Example: If you booked a service that costs $100. You've paid a 10% deposit, which is $10. Now, if you were to make a late cancellation, which usually incurs a 50% fee, the $10 deposit would be applied to cover part of that fee, leaving you responsible for the remaining $40.  if it's a no-show situation, the full 100% fee applies. In this case, the $10 deposit would be applied, and you would be responsible for the remaining $90.

Refill Policy:

​

We recommend scheduling lash extension refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full and luscious look. This timeframe optimizes the longevity of your extensions.

​

  • To be eligible for a refill, clients should have at least 40% of their lash extensions remaining. If less than 40% of the extensions are intact, a new full set may be required.

  • Refills on previous work are subject to approval during the consultation.

  • If the existing lash extensions are in good condition and suitable for refilling, we will proceed with the appointment, otherwise extra fees may occur.

** Refill appointments are also subject to the cancellation policy.

Booking and Payments

​

- Appointments can be made only through our booking system

- We require a 10% deposit upfront, with the remaining amount due at the time of service."




Aftercare

​

- Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided post-treatment.

- Clients are responsible for following aftercare guidelines to ensure the longevity of the treatment.


Refunds

​

- In the event of dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to communicate concerns for resolution.

Liability

​

- The technician is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or pre-existing conditions.

- The client acknowledges the inherent risks associated with cosmetic treatments.
 

Photography and Marketing

​

- The client consents to the use of before-and-after photos for marketing purposes unless explicitly communicated otherwise.
 

Termination of Services:

​

- The technician reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions.
 

Amendments:

​

** These terms and conditions may be amended at the discretion of the technician, with notice provided to clients.

By booking a treatment, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
