CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW Your understanding and cooperation are crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all our clients. Untimely cancellations and no-shows not only disrupt our schedule but also impact the availability for others. In light of this, we kindly request your adherence to our cancellation and no-show policy to facilitate a seamless experience for everyone seeking our lash extensions and lash lift services. ​ You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full price of the scheduled service(s). ** Appointments booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
